Queenz Up’ is short for Queenz Understanding Power, it’s a term I coined in 2017 when I was working with Hell Razah from Sunz of Man. There was so much competition, jealousy, and biting that was going on in the industry. I seen it from damn near every angle, so I came up with the term at the time to show women that it was unnecessary to bee that way with each other. In my view every one has their own talent and their own energy that they bring to the table, and as long as you concentrate on that or doesn’t matter what the next women was doing.
Present day the Queenz Up movement has expanded into a culture. Queenz Up Culture is shared values, attributes, and behaviors of women eminent in rank, power, or attributes that RULES with honor by understanding her power to make or break the family unit. RULES is an acronym that stands for Respect Uplift Love Empower Support. This is the code that Queenz live by to create healthy communities with the ultimate goal of building a great and impenetrable nation.
